In the spring of 2025 L. H. Gray & Son transitioned the operating portion of their business. We are delighted to announce that Gray Ridge Eggs, Sparks Eggs, Golden Valley Foods, Global Egg, EggSolutions, EggSolutions Vanderpol’s, EggSolutions EPIC, and Perth County Ingredients have been acquired by P&H Foods Inc. This strategic move allows these operations to continue under new ownership, while Bill Gray, CEO and Owner of L. H. Gray & Son, remains focused on other assets of his business.
